weekend, watch tv series with snack popcorn caramel and coke. perfect combination.
this time i will share how to make popcorn caramel like in the theater.

 Popcorn Caramel Recipe 

 Ingredients :
- popcorn kernels
- Butter
- Sugar
- Oil





Step ;
1. Make Popcorn
-  Place 2 - 3 tbspoon of butter in the pan on high heat. ( i add 2 tbspoon) 
- after the butter melt, add popcorn kernels ( i add 3 tb)spoon. mix it. then close the pan.
- when the kernels start popping, reduce heat. wait until it stop popping. turn off the stove
- popcorn is ready



2. Turn Popcorn into Caramel Popcorn
- heat 3 tablespoons (or up to you) oil in a frying pan.
- when it is hot, add 3 tablespoons (or depending on how much your popcorn) of sugar and mix until blended. 
- stirring constantly until the sugar solution becomes thick. 
- add popcorn, then reduce the heat. 
- mix caramel and popcorn, stir until blended.
- after it mixed turn off the heat.

3. popcorn ready to be enjoyed
simple and easy. . . have a nice weekend (✿◠‿◠)/
